Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Dermatology

Jupiven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., a Noida-based fast-growing and reputed pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our Dermatology Division in Rajasthan . The ideal candidate must be currently based in Jaipur and have a strong track record in dermatology segment sales and complete pharmaceutical field experience , including team handling and territory management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team across Rajasthan region. Achieve region-specific sales targets and market share growth. Build strong relationships with top dermatologists and stockists. Ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and new product launches. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Recruit, train, and motivate field staff (MRs, ABMs). Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (at least 3 years in Dermatology as ABM/RSM). Must be based in Jaipur and have strong local market knowledge. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and reporting ability. Ability to drive performance under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc / B. Pharm / Graduate with relevant experience. Dermatology segment exposure is mandatory . Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM tools will be an added advantage.
