Job description We’re Hiring – Regional Sales Manager (Agri Inputs) – Tamil Nadu A growing and innovative company in the field of agricultural inputs is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and dynamic professional to lead our expansion efforts in Tamil Nadu. Position: Regional Sales Manager – Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities: Build and expand a strong dealer and distributor network across the region. Lead and manage a team of sales officers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to local agricultural needs. Foster strong relationships with channel partners, farmers, and stakeholders. Deliver consistent performance with a focus on market penetration and brand development. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and distribution of agricultural inputs (e.g., fertilizers, bio-products, pesticides, or seeds). Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a field sales team. A result-oriented achiever with a positive and pleasing personality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
