Regional Sales Manager (Gujarat)

Working Area Central & North Gujarat

Reporting Zonal Sales Head West

You will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the efficient distribution of products. The position requires strong leadership skills, excellent sales acumen, and a strategic approach to market development.

Lead the general trade sales teams in translating strategy into sales business plans and go-to market strategy within budgeted costs.

Prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to deliver budgeted revenue, Profit and Brand equity targets for the year based on category and channel.

Enhance market penetration by setting up and managing the General trade distribution.

Distributor and Retailer Relationship Management:

Market Expansion:

Identify new market opportunities, channels, and potential partners within the general trade sector to increase brand presence and sales.

Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals within the general trade segment.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.

Collaborate with distributors to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.

Develop market entry strategies for new product launches or expansion into new territories.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify unique selling propositions for attracting new customers.

Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify untapped opportunities and potential threats.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales team, including Regional Sales Managers and Sales Executives, to meet and exceed sales targets.

Provide guidance and support for the sales team, setting clear sales objectives and motivating them to achieve outstanding results.
