Regional Operations Manager

As the Regional Sales and Operations Manager for Telangana, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve business targets effectively. You will oversee daily operations across the region, ensuring seamless execution of processes from order placement to delivery. Your role will involve promoting the Prepster uniform brand by establishing long-term supply contracts with schools and conducting visits to enhance brand visibility. Collaboration with production, logistics, and delivery departments will be crucial to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment. You will be required to maintain and update operational data, including billing, order status, and team activities, and provide daily reports to the management. Managing client service executives to handle customer queries, trials, and deliveries professionally and punctually will also be part of your responsibilities. Strategic allocation and supervision of field teams for school visits, uniform size trials, and follow-ups will be essential. Acting as a liaison between schools and internal departments to ensure service quality and expectations are met is a key aspect of the role. Rapid and efficient resolution of on-ground issues is necessary to maintain uninterrupted operations. Monitoring team performance, offering timely feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and high productivity are vital for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in apparel, textiles, or school-related products, would be advantageous. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide teams towards achieving targets are essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are required, along with a willingness to travel extensively across Telangana. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Telugu are necessary, with fluency in Hindi considered an additional asset.
