Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects within the region.

Enhance contractor capabilities and standardize project quality.

Optimize construction costs by leveraging domain expertise.

Manage project costs by overseeing material and labor on sites.

Monitor and ensure comprehensive updates to the Project Management tool by contractors.

Enforce adherence to SOPs related to the Project Management tool across sites.

Handle escalations from site teams and contractors.

Ensure prompt and accurate payments to all project stakeholders.

Will have to manage around 40-50 Projects simultaneously

Bachelors in Civil Engineering. (Tier1/2 Colleges)

Minimum 12 years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects.

Proficient in construction stages, contractor management, QA/QC, and project management.

Proven ability to create and enforce SOPs.

Previous experience in team management.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in the local language. (Kannada, English, Hindi )
