Job Description

Roles and Responsibilites:-


Led Entire End to end employee life cycle for regional employees .

1. Assist with new store opening process and acquisitions

2. Understanding of market hiring plans

3. Supporting the hiring through on-ground activation

4. Ability to assess and interview candidate

5. Assist with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Team Member Support

6. Co-ordinate recruitment drive, orientation, onboarding from Barista level till Store Manager

7. Support regional execution of people calendar

8. Exit interviews, people governance, audits

9. Investigate Employee Relations issues and promote a Positive Work Environment

10. Investigate and respond to HR Customer Care Cases for the market

11. Assess risk and proactive training/mitigation needed with HR audits

12. Drive Engagement and Facilitate Human Resource Education and Skills Training.
