Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for Regional HR activities for AP and some branches of Telangana as well and based out of Vijayawada.
Should have strong experience on stake Holders Connect.
Candidate needs to be good in Talent Acquisition.
Ready to travel for Branch Visits with the territory.
Should be strong in handling Employee Engagement Activities within the region.
Employee Grievance handling from Onboarding to Exit.
Exit Interviews – controlling attrition.
Responsible for other HR activities within the region.

Candidates who has strong experience of handling Regional HR at AP with atleast 5 Yrs experience from NBFC / Banking Industry are preferred.
