What We Are Looking For 8+ years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years leading or owning backend/platform teams or core services. Strong technical fundamentals in building and maintaining high-scale distributed systems (notifications, auth, infra integrations, etc.). Proven experience driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and upholding system boundaries across teams. Strong project management and execution discipline—can set up and run sprints, manage dependencies, and measure delivery health.
