Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions across the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source the most suitable candidates.

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals for effective talent sourcing.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant teams.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for internal reviews.

Build and manage long-term relationships with top colleges and universities for talent acquisition.

Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives, including drives, internship programs, and management trainee hiring.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campus hiring with business needs.

Organize and lead pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interview rounds during campus engagements.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract young, dynamic campus talent.

Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

Solid understanding of HR functions and recruitment lifecycle.

Passionate about working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
