Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies Draft and post compelling job descriptions and listings Conduct screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit Coordinate interview rounds, feedback collection, and final closures Maintain candidate database and pipelines for future roles Build relationships with niche recruitment partners (hospitality, aviation, fashion, etc.) Handle end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles including Executive Assistants, Personal Staff, Store Managers, Chefs, and Admin profiles Understand sensitive staffing needs for UHNWIs and celebrities with high discretion Negotiate salaries and ensure smooth onboarding Requirements: Graduate or postgraduate in HR / Business Management 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to luxury, lifestyle, or senior-level hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with boolean search and advanced sourcing methods Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
