Job brief

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.


Responsibilities

  1. Design and update job descriptions
  2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  5. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  6. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  8. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs


Requirements and skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  2. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (6 months to 2 years)
  3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  4. Experience with sourcing techniques
  5. Solid verbal and written communication skills
  6. Sound judgement
  7. Proficiency in MS Office
