As a HR recruiter at InCred Wealth, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for Private Banking. Your primary responsibility will include managing the entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from sourcing suitable candidates to facilitating their smooth on-boarding within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). To excel in this role, you will need to collaborate effectively with a range of sourcing channels, including Job-boards and consultants, to ensure the prompt closure of all open positions. Additionally, you will work in tandem with the Business HR partner to support various HR-related activities and initiatives. Close coordination with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders will be essential to expedite the recruitment process and fill open positions expeditiously. You will also be responsible for following up with potential candidates regarding offers, joining dates, and other pertinent details. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a proven track record of effectively sourcing and recruiting candidates through diverse job portals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are imperative for successful interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. Previous experience in the Private Banking sector would be considered a valuable asset for this role.,
