Position: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Location: [Delhi]
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome walk-in visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive attitude
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
• Coordinate basic office management tasks (stationery, meetings, couriers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk

Telecaller Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products and services in a clear, convincing manner
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and cold calls
• Maintain daily call reports and records
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as given

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (local language is a plus)
• Pleasant personality with professional behavior
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)
• Ability to multi-task (calls + desk duties)
• Confidence and patience while handling customers

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
