Receptionist Cum Visa Consultant

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to serve as a Visa Consultant cum Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist with visa application processes, provide accurate information, and maintain smooth front-office operations. Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. Manage the front desk, maintain cleanliness, and organize reception area. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for visa consultants. Maintain records of visitors and ensure compliance with entry procedures. Visa Consultancy Duties:Provide initial consultation regarding various visa types (tourist, student, work, etc.). Assist clients with documentation required for visa applications. Review and verify client information and documents for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies as required. Keep clients informed on visa updates, interview schedules, and deadlines. Maintain records and database of all visa applications and client files. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in any stream. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. Basic knowledge of visa processes is an advantage (training can be provided). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask.
