Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Office Duties:Greet and welcome devotees, visitors, and guests warmly. Maintain visitor logbook and guide them to the concerned department or person. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Office Administration:Manage daily administrative tasks including document preparation, printing, and filing. Draft, type, and format official letters, seva receipts, and trust communications. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and smooth functioning of the office environment. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office needs. Devotee Communication & Seva Coordination:Make outgoing calls to devotees for: Seva confirmations and reminders Informing about upcoming events, festivals, and Guru Poornima seva opportunities Collecting feedback and updating devotee database Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up schedules. Support seva registrations and guide devotees with donation/payment processes. Event & Record Management:Assist in preparation of reports, seva charts, and volunteer rosters for temple events. Maintain up-to-date records of temple donations, letters sent, and communication logs. Help in coordinating logistics for temple programs, spiritual talks, and special occasions. Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in Kannada & English Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Google Sheets etc...). Polite, respectful, and spiritually inclined demeanor. Ability to multitask and work with a team during festivals or high-volume days. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum PUC/Graduate in any field. Prior experience in office administration or customer communication preferred. Devotion to Sri Sai Baba or familiarity with spiritual service will be an added advantage. Salary:As per experience and skills. Special consideration for dedicated seva spirit.
