Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle billing generation, answering calls, and consolidate day-end reports.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the front desk and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
Handle billing generation and maintain accurate records.
Answer calls and direct them to the relevant department.
Consolidate day-end reports and provide insights for improvement.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Any Graduate degree is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is necessary.
Strong organizational and time management skills are vital.
