Safely transport samples to the laboratory while maintaining chain of custody. Prepare sample collection kits and replenish materials as needed. Handle patient queries and provide reassurance, especially to anxious individuals. Follow biosafety protocols strictly during sample collection and disposal. Perform quality checks on equipment and tools used for sample collection. Maintain cleanliness and order in the sample collection room. Collaborate with lab technicians to prioritize urgent or specialized tests. Ensure timely communication of delays or sample issues to patients or staff.
