Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Receivable Executive in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivable management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with receivables, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
