Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Pune. The Real Estate Team Lead will manage daily team activities, oversee brokerage operations, and ensure smooth progression of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include leading and managing the team, maintaining client relationships, offering guidance on market trends, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. The ideal candidate will enhance team performance and contribute to achieving company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Proven track record in managing real estate transactions
• Sound understanding of the Pune real estate market
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
