Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager / Team Leader Location: Gurgaon Department: Sales Industry: Real Estate Experience: 3-5 Years (Team Handling Preferred) Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager / Team Leader to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a sales team, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets. You will also be involved in strategy planning, client handling, and end-to-end sales closure. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets. Guide and mentor the sales team in client interactions and property showings. Monitor team performance and provide training as required. Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and networking. Conduct site visits and client meetings to close deals. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and promotional activities. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present to management. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and property values. Requirements:Proven work experience in real estate sales (minimum 3 years). Previous team-handling or leadership experience is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of real estate market and legalities.
