Role Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and client success. This is a field-intensive role that involves property presentations, client meetings, site visits, and end-to-end deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and manage inbound client inquiries (calls, online leads, walk-ins)
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Schedule and conduct physical site visits for prospective buyers
• Present project features, pricing, and benefits effectively
• Negotiate with clients and close deals independently
• Build and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with backend and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems accurately
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of sales experience (Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Must possess a 2-wheeler with valid driving license (Field visits are essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and at least one or more regional languages
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
• Knowledge of local Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
