React Native/React JS- Lead

About Job

We are looking for a skilled React JS/ React Native Developer with strong experience in building modern, responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in JavaScript/TypeScript, able to consume and integrate APIs efficiently, and work collaboratively with designers and frontend developers.

Experience :

7-10 years of professional experience in frontend development with at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of developers.Experience building cross-platform mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers (web & mobile) ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.

- Own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability.

- Develop responsive and high-performing UI components using ReactJS and React Native.

- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power the frontend experiences.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other frontend developers to bring designs to life.

- Optimize components for performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices.

- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving frontend issues efficiently.

- Work in an Agile team and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure reusability and maintainability of code with modular design.

- Stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introduce

the relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
