R09_System Administrator

Key Accountabilities: To provide maintenance of the computer desktop, server environment by analysing requirements, resolving problems, Network Problem, Email related problem and maintenance Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within Active Directory. Provide day to day support in a O365 & Active Directory environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications. Installing Hardware and Software solutions, and supporting the Team Responsible for administration and internal support of PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. Will have end to end accountability of internal calls/overflow, operational transactions, resolutions of the issues during shift and shall be responsible to continuously improve the Efficiency and Excellence of our Engineering Team. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Reporting Officer Requirements Experience and Skills Required: Experience Range -2 to 4 Years B.E./BTech Graduate. Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN). Basic networking knowledge (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). Strong knowledge of Windows OS and server administration. Basic Administration and maintenance of O365 email service. Basic Administration and maintenance of NAS Backup Solutions. Ability to find solutions or information regarding technical issues. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Should be conversant with quickly changing technologies Familiar with different Software and office automation products.,
