Coordinate with all regions to prepare monthly pipeline reports and daily TDS query resolution. Track the pipeline and perform post-disbursement activities including collection, deferral, and PDD. Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection. Collect deferral MIS from CAD Team and coordinate with all regions for closure. Maintain tracking on collections of all corporate cases and provide region-wise data weekly. Intimate RM about overdues daily and prepare visit, opportunity, and lead reports. Provide weekly data to MD as required. Job Graduate in any discipline with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in preparing MIS, tracking repayments, fees, and disbursement status is preferred. Knowledge of TDS query resolution, post-disbursement activities, and SOA-related queries is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
