Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Praxis Group office in Gurugram. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost estimation and budget management throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
• Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficient in cost reporting and monitoring project budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools like CAD and MS excel.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus.
