Job Description

As a Project Management professional, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of project estimation, budgeting, and billing. Your role will involve pre-project arrangement, finalizing project specifications, and coordinating with consultants, architects, and contractors for drawings and designs. Additionally, you will be required to prepare work orders and contracts while effectively tracking project progress and maintaining project schedules. Your tasks will also include maintaining master data files of all projects, encompassing concept drawings, working drawings, and scheme drawings related to civil, electrical, and plumbing work. Site management through regular site visits and reviews with project managers will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to generate reports related to material purchase and consumption, as well as certify materials and labor bills. Effective coordination with management and stakeholders is essential for the successful execution of projects. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. The work location for this position is on-site.
