As a Project Manager focusing on Estimation, Budgeting, and Billing, your responsibilities will include coordinating pre-project arrangements, finalizing project specifications, and collaborating with consultants, architects, and contractors to obtain necessary drawings and designs. You will be tasked with preparing work orders and contracts, tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. It will be crucial for you to maintain comprehensive master data files for all projects, including concept drawings, working drawings, and scheme drawings related to civil, electrical, and plumbing aspects. Your role will involve actively managing project sites through regular visits and reviews with project managers, overseeing reports related to material purchase and consumption, and certifying materials and labour bills. Effective coordination with the management team will be essential to ensure project success. The work schedule is during the day, with potential for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contributions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
