The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing processes and work products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and client requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits of processes and systems to verify compliance with established quality standards. Analyze audit results and prepare detailed reports on findings. Provide constructive feedback to team members, assisting in performance improvement. Monitor ongoing quality metrics and implement action plans as needed. Stay informed of updates in processes and communicate changes effectively to team members. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a Quality Auditor position or similar role.
