Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

You will be joining our team as a skilled QA Automation Engineer, responsible for ensuring high-quality releases on our ERP platforms. Your primary expertise should lie in Playwright and JavaScript, with experience in automating workflows in Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems using test automation tools like TestComplete or Tricentis. You should also have hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test management tools. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright, developing automation test cases using low code solutions like TestComplete or Tricentis, and conducting regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing for web-based and ERP systems. You will also be expected to analyze requirements to create test plans, collaborate with various teams to integrate testing in the CI/CD pipeline, and ensure optimal performance of test environments. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in QA Automation roles, proficiency in JavaScript and Playwright, experience with testing complex ERP systems, exposure to test automation platforms, and knowledge of CI/CD tools. A strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices, familiarity with API testing tools, and experience with test reporting dashboards and defect tracking tools are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Oracle Forms, EBS workflows, and data validation, knowledge of performance testing tools, QA certifications, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience in working with offshore/onshore team models.
