Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer eCommerce Testing Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our eCommerce development team. Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards. Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards. Required Qualifications 25 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in eCommerce or web application testing . Experience using SmartBear test tools (TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA , QAComplete , or Zephyr . Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, smoke testing). Solid knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing best practices. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing Shopify , Magento , or other major eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) for test automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA's role within the SDLC. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and tools (e.g., Axe, Wave).

We are currently seeking a QE Mobile (Automation) Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN). Once You Are Here, You Will: Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites. Participate in the discovery (Current state) and Documentation that will produce 5 deliverables: Enterprise Testing Strategy QE Handbook Automation Handbook Perf Engineering Handbook Test Enablers Evaluate and maintain existing manual and automated test cases & procedures. Perform load and stress tests using enterprise level test automation tools. Interpret test results and prepare comprehensive test reports. Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture and detailed design documents. Act as key point of contact for other test engineers with automation needs. Manage and maintain physical, virtualized and simulated test environments. Identify and resolve issues that arise when integrating the application software with other software components. Assist in reviewing and determining amount of code coverage of unit tests. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience using one or more of the following test automation tools or frameworks: Selenium, Tosca, Playwright, TestComplete, SpecFlow or similar. 4+ years of experience in software testing and writing software testing automation in one or more of the following: Java, C# and/or JavaScript/TypeScript. The skilled Automation Tester is experienced in testing applications developed in Appian, able to validate ETL workflows by querying and comparing result sets and has hands-on knowledge on testing applications developed using RPA tools like BluePrism. The Automation Tester is a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, own testing deliverables/timelines, understand various solution components, and clearly and effectively communicate results with the team. What You'll Do: Develop and execute test cases for applications developed in Appian, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both positive and negative scenarios. Test workflows designed on Talend, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Validate and verify automation (RPA) solutions developed using BluePrism, ensuring they meet business requirements and function as expected. Gather and set up required test data for testing, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Track test results and defects throughout the testing lifecycle, using tools like JIRA for defect management. Coordinate with the user base for a successful roll-out during the user acceptance test phase, providing clear and concise feedback. Independently manage multiple projects based on provided priorities to complete testing and provide feedback within given timelines. Collaborate with other team members and analysts through the delivery cycle, ensuring seamless integration and communication. Participate in an Agile delivery team that builds high-quality and scalable work products, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in the evaluation of upcoming technologies and contribute to the overall solution design, providing insights and recommendations. Support production releases and maintenance windows, working closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Minimum of 6 years of related experience in testing automation solutions using tools like BluePrism, UiPath, and Power Automate. Ability to create Scripts using Python. Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestComplete, and UFT One. Strong understanding of SDLC and legacy technologies like MS Access and mainframe systems. Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate test results in SQL Server databases. Experience in testing solutions built on Appian, with a focus on process automation and workflow management.
