Job Summary:
PAL InfoCom is hiring a QA Project Coordinator with a solid background in Quality Assurance & Project Management. The role involves overseeing smooth execution of projects while ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (dev/design/test)
• Track task assignments, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct update meetings and gather feedback
• Communicate testing outcomes and delays to clients
• Maintain documentation: timelines, bug reports, delivery notes
• Review functional requirements and UI/UX specs
• Execute manual test cases (automation is a plus)
• Use bug tracking tools effectively
• Perform UI, functionality, and regression testing
• Maintain project quality and testing documentation

Key Skills Required:

• Manual & automation testing (Selenium, Postman preferred)
• Familiarity with project tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong bug tracking and follow-up
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and web processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of QA & coordination experience
• ISTQB certification is a plus
