Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer Team Lead to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend and frontend development with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and team leadership. You will play a key role in architecting scalable applications, managing a high-performing team, and delivering robust solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 56 developers, managing task assignments, mentoring, and conducting regular code reviews.Design and develop scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask), and React.js or Angular.Develop and manage robust database schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL (No MongoDB).Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions.Ensure best practices in software development, including clean code, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.Collaborate in architecture decisions and provide technical guidance to the team.Own the technical delivery of features and ensure timelines are met.Required Skills7+ years of experience in full stack development.Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as Django or Flask.Strong frontend development experience using React.js or Angular.Solid experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL.Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architecture.Nice to HaveExperience with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
