Purchase Supervisor Location: Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities efficiently, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies. Identify and assess suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Negotiate vendor contracts to secure favorable terms. Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory levels. Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations. Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2-7 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
