Purchase Manager - Civil

Golden Abodes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, services, and equipment required for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with project requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet project needs and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms.
• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time supply of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and finance to forecast material needs.
• Ensure procurement complies with quality standards, specifications, and budget.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance, quality assurance, and service levels.
• Continuously evaluate cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better deals.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings achieved.
• Handle emergency purchases as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
