Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement activities for our food operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sourcing food ingredients, packaging materials, and managing vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day purchasing operations for food ingredients, consumables, and packaging • Source reliable vendors and negotiate prices to ensure quality and cost-efficiency • Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for forecast-based procurement • Track and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices • Maintain updated records of vendor agreements, quotations, and supply performance • Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards in procurement Requirements: • Proven experience in a procurement or purchasing role (preferably in food/cafe/hospitality sector) • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Familiarity with food cost management and inventory systems • Proficiency in tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems • Excellent organizational and communication skills Show more Show less
