Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer based in Vadodara. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, working closely with electrical engineering teams, and collaborating with sales and procurement departments. Day-to-day tasks include detailed proposal preparation, client communication, technical writing, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure proposals meet customer needs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
• Background in Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering
• Skills in Sales and Procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
• Experience in the automation or instrumentation industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Instrumentation /Electrical Engineering or a related field
