Assist the Project Management to co-ordinate subcontractors to ensure that delivery deadlines are met and all activities are adequately planned and scheduled Interface with Project Controls to assess schedule impacts of change, and update the schedule to reflect additions and changes to the progress of work. Lead and coordinate schedule assurance activities on the project Support and participate in Integrated Cost and Schedule Risk Assessments (ICSA) Collect, interpret, utilize and maintain data and lessons learnt to improve all aspects of planning and scheduling. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree (B.E./B. Tech) in engineer or related field from a recognized (AICTE) university or trade/craft background Need strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking skills and be able to recognize and work through hurdles, able to find resolutions to issues. Able to work across multiple teams with different leadership styles Ability to understand the project scope and execution methodology providing insights to the execution teams Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of planning experience including project design and execution requirements for Oil and Gas projects, Must be familiar with Primavera. Knowledge in schedule development and coding Experience working across interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication, and Hook-up and Commissioning.
