Role Description:

We are on the lookout for a Sales Manager with 1+ year of experience in the real estate industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing sales leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful sales
• Conduct site visits and explain property features to potential buyers
• Understand buyer needs and provide suitable real estate solutions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain CRM records of all leads, follow-ups, and deals
• Build strong rapport with customers to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience, preferably in plotted developments
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel to Mysore and conduct field visits
• Familiarity with the Mysore real estate market is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric
