Project Manager (Town Ship)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of our 12-acre township project. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on knowledge in public health infrastructure—including plumbing, electrical systems, sewage treatment plants (STP), water supply networks, sewage lines, and road construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end township development activities from site preparation to project completion
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and project integrity
• Supervise installation and inspection of public health systems (plumbing, STP, water supply, sewerage) and utilities
• Plan and execute road works, drainage systems, and electrical infrastructure according to regulatory standards
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control protocols
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and technical resources
• Manage documentation, reporting, and safety compliance throughout the construction phases
• Provide technical solutions and on-ground decision-making during civil and utility execution works

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in township or large-scale residential/commercial development
• Proven expertise in public health engineering, including plumbing, STP, electrical networks, and road works
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
