Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. 2. Ensuring achievement of acquisition nos.as per the project requirements. 3. Work on end-to-end project management Strategy design, implementation and project monitoring. 4. Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new project implementation partners. 5. Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner. 6. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations as well as implementation partners. 7. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements. 8. Develop detailed project plans with associated milestones and work with internal and external personnel to ensure goals, timelines and quality parameters are achieved using Project Management tools. 9. Design pilot, scale-up and replication strategy 10. Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on the progress of the projects. 11. Evaluate, hire, and manage resources needed to support the project. 12. Create and manage budgets and track progress against budgets. 13. Follow risk management and compliance procedures. 14. Cost-effective and quality-oriented execution of projects PAN India. Skills Required 1. Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent. 2. Proficient in successful roll out and ramp up of projects and manpower. 3. Strategic resource management including planning of available resources and their proper utilization. 4. Monitor revenue and expenditure in the project to ensure attainment of profit objectives. 5. Coordinating with internal teams and ensure the project execution as per TAT and Ensuring achievement of acquisition nos.as per the project requirements. 6. Supervise daily output where appropriate to optimize resource use, minimize cost and maintain quality standards. 7. Measure the ratio of work performed to work scheduled, from the budgeted cost perspective in different district. 8. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner verbally and in written form. Technical/Functional Proficiency Required 1. Project Management experience 2. Exposure to Business Correspondence, Financial Inclusion product and services 3. Excellent problem solving skills 4. Good experience in dealing with operational aspects related to microfinance/ livelihood/microenterprises aligned developmental activities. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, professional maturity and business judgment
