Title:

Overall 10+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of the business implications of an Agile transformation
Good experience in
Azure DevOps Project management
and
JIRA project management
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
Hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Align, JIRA, Confluence, and others)
Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
Strong familiarity with the principles of
agile
, business agility, and lean development methodologies (Agile,
Scrum
,
Kanban
, SAFe etc.)
Advance the use of
Agile
and Scaled Agile practices
Maintain plans, issues, risks program dashboards in Jira.
Experience with Agile, Cloud Practices and Processes
PMP
certification
Stay tightly integrated with assigned teams and actively remove impediments and blockers to software delivery teams.
Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation and contingency plans; focusing on early mitigation or elimination of risks/issues.
Provide written and verbal status reports for leadership levels
