Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We are hiring a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to lead end-to-end planning and execution of hospital construction and renovation projects. The candidate must ensure timely delivery, quality construction, cost control, and coordination with architects, contractors, vendors, and hospital stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management (preferably hospital or commercial buildings).
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, MEP works, and contractor management.
• Good understanding of project planning tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
• Ability to work at multiple sites (Tirupur & Chennai).
• Must be ready to join immediately.
