Job Title: Project Manager Civil Construction (Roads & Highways) Location: Any part of Karnataka Experience Required: 8 to 20 Years Industry: Infrastructure / Construction / Civil Engineering Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead road and highway infrastructure projects across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale road/highway construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of road and highway projects. Manage overall site operations, resources, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, contractors, and suppliers. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, and other relevant standards and specifications. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and review project reports, DPRs, and MIS for management. Control project costs and ensure budget adherence. Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site. Mentor site engineers and supervise the project team. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate qualifications preferred but not mandatory). 8–20 years of relevant experience in managing road and highway construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, project management, and government standards. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willing to work anywhere in Karnataka as per project location. Preferred: Experience with National Highway, State Highway, PMGSY, NHAI, or other government infrastructure projects. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
