What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Project Leadership

• Coordinate NPI lifecycle activities using CommScope/Ruckus processes and Asana to ensure timely and successful product rollout.

• Strategic Planning

• Develop cross-functional project plans detailing milestones, dependencies, risks, and release targets aligned with execution commits (EC).

• Execution & Tracking

• Oversee day-to-day project tracking, deliverables, validation timelines, material readiness, BOM reviews, and phase-gate progression.

• Risk & Mitigation

• Proactively manage schedules and risks to keep project deliverables and technical commitments on track.

• Program Analytics & Reporting

• Deliver weekly status updates and lead monthly executive reviews with clear visibility into progress and challenges.

• Process Excellence & Improvement (PPA)

• Document real-time impacts and evaluate process enhancements for greater efficiency.

• KPI Monitoring & Goal Alignment

• Support departmental goals around NPI excellence through biannual reviews and continuous improvements.

• Sustaining Projects

• Lead post-production activities and sustaining initiatives when required.
