Project Fellow

Job Overview: Applications are invited for the position of Project Fellow in a UCOST-sponsored project entitled “Artificial Neural Network Model in Prediction of Meteorological Parameters in North Western Indian Himalayan Region: A Case Study of Uttarakhand”. The position is available for a period of one year, with emoluments of Rs. 12,000 per month . Qualifications Required: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / M.Sc in Physics or related fields. Prior knowledge in remote sensing and data analysis using programming languages such as R and Python is essential. Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement. Age Relaxation: Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Differently-abled categories. Other Details: The initial appointment will be for 6 months , with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance until the completion of the project. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
