Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Executive located in Chennai. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring projects are on schedule, managing resources, and supervising project teams. Additionally, the Project Executive will handle project documentation, budgeting, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and closure Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination Knowledge of architectural and engineering principles, and familiarity with design software/tools Ability to handle project documentation, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus Salary Package 4 - 6 LPA Email fusionsdesignz@gmail.com admin@fusionsdesignz.com
