Qualification: PGDM / MBA (preferred specializations: IT, Operations, or Project Management)
Experience: 0-2 Years
Training/Probation Period: 6 Months
Location: Noida/Gurgaon

Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for supporting project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project
activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and
time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team activities.
Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project
execution.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes.
Track project performance and report progress to management.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and processes.
Identify and address project risks or issues promptly.

Requirements:

PGDM or MBA in IT, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles (internship experience
acceptable).
Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
