Automotive system and component design and release experience
Electrical and electronic product engineering experience
Demonstrated communication Skills across functional teams and levels

Knowledgeable in development of DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation plans
Solid understanding of electrical systems
Must be able to manage issues independently
Must be capable of interfacing directly with assembly plants
