Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive digital programs and critical infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams, handling large-scale digital implementations, and overseeing facility and IT operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, project management expertise, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership: Led the end-to-end development, implementation, and operational management of client-facing digital platforms.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaised with internal stakeholders, including geoscientists, engineers, and data analysts to gather system requirements and design user-centric solutions, enhancing user accessibility and satisfaction.


Team Management: Directed a diverse team of 20+ professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives.


Strategic Advisory: Partnered with Sales and R&D teams to provide insights on technological trends, UI/UX best practices, and go-to-market strategies for upcoming software versions.


Project Management: Oversaw project lifecycles, including scheduling, budgeting, third-party vendor coordination, and resource optimization, maintaining adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.


Executive Reporting: Maintained transparent communication with leadership through regular presentations and reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and key achievements.


Infrastructure Maintenance: Supervised preventive maintenance of critical facility components such as PAC, UPS, AC units, AV systems, fire safety (WLD, VESDA), ensuring high availability and operational safety.


IT Systems Management: Managed maintenance and performance optimization of IT hardware infrastructure, including servers and end-user workstations.


Vendor Coordination: Oversaw and streamlined coordination with both IT and facility vendors to ensure service excellence and operational continuity.


HSE Compliance: Enforced strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company standards across all projects and operations.
