Role - Project Associate Experience - 1 to 3 Years Location - Velachery, Chennai Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to support our project management team in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives. As a Project Associate, you will assist in tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and eager to gain practical experience in project coordination. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure that deliverables are completed on time and align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Work with project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports Track progress of project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on decisions and assignments Support cross-functional communication between departments and stakeholders Identify potential issues or bottlenecks and escalate as necessary Help ensure compliance with company processes, standards, and quality requirements Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills Yaswanth yaswanth@maatromsolution.com 8939830742 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
